Shipping Policy
We ship using the most reliable courier available for your region and shipping conditions.
Processing Times
Seed orders: May take up to 7 days to ship.
Clone orders: Typically ship within 3–7 days depending on the day ordered.
Pre-order clones: Require approximately 14 days to root before shipping.
Clone shipping schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday only to ensure safe transit.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, major sales, or high-volume periods.
Tracking & Notifications
You will receive tracking information via AfterShip.com when postage is printed.
Add AfterShip.com to your contacts to prevent the message from going to spam.
We may print postage early to allow shipment the moment your plant is ready — this is normal for live plant timing.
You will also receive a notification when your order is physically handed to the courier.
Tracking updates are automatically emailed as they occur.
Once your package is in transit, please monitor tracking directly through the courier.
Transit time for clones is typically 1–2 business days.
Liability & In-Transit Issues
Once an order is accepted by the courier, the courier becomes responsible for delivery, movement, handling, delays, and scanning.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that Get Seeds Right Here cannot control courier speed, routing, or scanning frequency once the shipment is in transit.

Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges
All sales are final.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Due to the nature of live plant material and agricultural products:
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on shipped orders.
